Brunch at COFFEE CARTEL.
Creating custom coffee foam art, Coffee Cartel is making a beautiful mark on the Bali brunch experience.
My girlfriends and I visited the original café, which is located in the northern part of Seminyak.
On the back of its success, Coffee Cartel have since expanded and opened a second store in Legian, where they roast their own coffee. In Seminyak, the space is cosy, but spread across two levels. There is also outdoor seating at the front of the store and a Mexican-themed mural down the side alley for snapping shots for Instagram!
Overall, the setting is simple, so the presentation of the food is what I loved most!
Their signature coffee art really sets Coffee Cartel apart and you can choose to order a custom design to create an Instagramable memoir of your morning coffee hit. However, I opted for the specialty Pink Chai Latte plus a Coco Paradise Protein Smoothie and was pleased with my selections, as they were both delicious!
The hardest part of dining in here is deciding what to order from expansive drinks and all day menu!
I was travelling with a group of girls and between the three of us we ordered a feast of fresh produce. I devoured the Sweet Potato Fritters, while my friends opted for the Bali Bowl and Green Garden Bowl, which both looked good! The food was tasty and the flavours were extremely well balanced.
I spotted Coffee Cartel on Instagram and wanted to check it out on my next trip to Bali.
Two of my Flight Attendant friends and I stoped by whilst holidaying there last year and we all agreed that this is one of the best new food destinations on the Seminyak scene!
Be sure to add COFFEE CARTEL to your Brunch in Bali BUCKET LIST!
