Brunch at THE DUSTY CAFE.
The Dusty Cafe serves up delicious food in a dimly lit, casual diner space, which transforms into a bistro by night. This is space where you not only feed your body, but you also feed your soul!
Located on the strip leading to Seminyak Beach, The Dusty Cafe is a great place to stop into for a bite to eat before heading down the street to soak up the sun.
Or, as the name suggests, the ambience is perfect you are feeling a little dusty from partying at the nearby nightclubs the night before! The space is cosy, but incorporates tables spread across two levels and the interior design features beautiful antique pieces highlighted by ornate lighting, which adds to the atmosphere.
I was traveling solo on this trip so I was dining alone. However, this cafe is very family friendly and I soon got chatting with a fellow Australian lady who was dining with her two children and the table next to me. The kids loved the burgers and chips, but there are a wide variety of Western favourites on the menu.
There are also vegetarian friendly and vegan options and the food is fresh.
I ordered the most delicious dish, Poached Eggs and Haloumi on Sourdough Toast, which was topped with beetroot hummus, lettuce leaf mix, bean sprouts and balsamic reduction. The coffee here is also good and I enjoyed the cappuccino, which was served topped with beautiful foam art created by the barista. I left feeling very full but also very satisfied!
